📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Support the sales team in achieving their targets and ensuring our customers receive the best possible service.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.,Provide product knowledge and training to our sales team.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.,Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.,Assist in the organization and execution of sales promotions and events.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or a related field.,Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets.,Strong knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
