EXIM (Export-Import) Staff

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of export-import transactions, including but not limited to, order processing, documentation, logistics coordination, and compliance with international trade regulations. You will work closely with our sales and logistics teams to ensure that our clients' needs are met, and that our operations are conducted in a timely and cost-effective manner.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize export-import processes for our clients, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date trade documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.
• Monitor and analyze trade data to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
• Provide excellent customer service to our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in international trade.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new trade strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in export-import operations or a related field.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with international trade software and systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and logistics.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
