As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team and contributing to the overall success of our organization. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, benefits, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making.,Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with company policies.,Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in HR or a related field, preferably in a retail or business environment.,Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
