📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement AI-driven automation solutions using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
Create and maintain automation workflows using UiPath and Blue Prism.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Test and deploy AI models and automation scripts to ensure they meet performance and quality standards.
Monitor and optimize automation processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Document technical processes and provide training to team members on new tools and technologies.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI and automation technologies.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in AI, automation, or a related field.
Proficiency in Python programming and experience with AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Familiarity with automation platforms such as UiPath or Blue Prism.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Certification in AI or automation is a plus.
