📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.,Ensure that all food is prepared and served according to the restaurant's standards and guidelines.,Manage and train kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and dishwashers.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring that all equipment and utensils are in good working condition.,Monitor food costs and inventory levels, and place orders as needed.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the kitchen.,Handle customer complaints and concerns related to food quality and service.,Participate in menu development and cost control initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role in a kitchen or food service environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Excellent leadership and management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Knowledge of menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.,Experience with POS systems and kitchen management software is a plus.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
