In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our healthcare professionals. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of healthcare professionals.,Create engaging and effective learning materials, including manuals, videos, and interactive modules.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate and upskill our team members.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements.,Collaborate with department heads and other stakeholders to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in healthcare training and development.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them achieve their professional development goals.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
