As a Materials Assistant, you will be part of a dynamic team working on exciting projects that shape the landscape of Bali. You'll handle everything from ordering materials to managing inventory, ensuring that our projects stay on schedule and within budget.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and monitor material orders, ensuring timely delivery and accurate inventory records.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the availability and quality of construction materials.
• Assist in the preparation of material requisitions and purchase orders.
• Conduct regular inventory checks to prevent stockouts and overstocks.
• Maintain accurate records of material usage and costs using tools like Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Assist in the organization and storage of materials on-site.
• Support the project team by providing timely information on material availability and costs.
• Participate in safety briefings and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in materials management or procurement.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Familiarity with construction materials and industry standards is a plus.
