📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily open-pit mining operations, including equipment maintenance and workforce supervision.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Conduct regular environmental impact assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage and optimize the use of mining equipment and machinery.
• Develop and maintain operational plans and schedules.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
• Monitor and report on operational performance metrics.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the operations team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in open-pit mining operations.
• Certification in Safety Management Systems (SMS) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SAP, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
