Create visually appealing and functional UI designs that meet our clients' needs,Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions,Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard tools,Collaborate with the development team to ensure that designs are implemented correctly and efficiently,Create and maintain design systems and style guides,Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies,Provide design guidance and mentorship to junior designers,Present design concepts to stakeholders and gather feedback

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field,3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design,Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects,Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar,Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies,Experience with responsive design and mobile-first design approaches,Strong communication and collaboration skills,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
