📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve targets.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and clients.,Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly.,Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports to management.,Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.,Promoting products and services to increase brand awareness and sales.,Attending trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events to network with potential customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Strong understanding of retail industry trends and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
