📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and grow key client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to the sales and operations teams.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or financial operations.
  • Strong understanding of financial operations, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in financial software and tools such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
