📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the Manufacturing Integration team, overseeing the implementation of lean and continuous improvement initiatives.,Develop and implement strategies to enhance production efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational challenges.,Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Mentor and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.,Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.,Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen and other lean methodologies.,Report to senior management on the progress of improvement initiatives and the overall performance of the manufacturing operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing integration, lean, or continuous improvement roles.,Proven track record of successfully implementing lean and continuous improvement initiatives.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in data analysis and process improvement tools.,Understanding of lean methodologies such as 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping.,Certifications in lean manufacturing or Six Sigma are a plus.
