📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and clarify technical details,Write user manuals, quick start guides, and other end-user documentation,Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and follows company style guidelines,Edit and proofread technical content to ensure clarity and correctness,Work with developers and other stakeholders to improve documentation quality,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong writing and communication skills,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Experience with Markdown or XML is a plus,Fluency in English is required; Indonesian is a plus
