📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the cashier in handling cash transactions and ensuring accurate record-keeping,Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers,Process customer payments, including cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments,Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies,Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including cash registers, receipt printers, and other equipment,Assist in stocking and organizing products in the checkout area,Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school education or equivalent,Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role is a plus,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using cash register software,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
