📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases.,Assist in sales transactions and ensure accurate recording of sales.,Promote products and services to customers, both in-store and online.,Maintain a clean and organized retail space.,Assist in inventory management and restocking of products.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Assist in the organization of sales events and promotions.,Provide feedback to the sales team on customer behavior and preferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail sales or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.,Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer service best practices.,Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is required.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
