📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in conducting classes and providing educational support to students.,Help in preparing lesson plans, worksheets, and other educational materials.,Monitor student progress and provide feedback to tutors.,Assist in organizing and managing educational resources and materials.,Help in conducting assessments and evaluations of student performance.,Assist in coordinating with parents and guardians to ensure effective communication.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of educational strategies.,Assist in the recruitment and training of new tutors and assistant tutors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with educational software and tools.,Ability to adapt to different teaching styles and methods.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
