📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain high standards of food safety and quality in the kitchen.,Assist in the management of kitchen inventory and supplies.,Support the Head Chef in training and developing junior staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in kitchen inspections and maintenance activities.,Assist in the preparation of special dishes and menus for events.,Support the Head Chef in the development and implementation of kitchen procedures and protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation methods.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.
