Duta Rama Bangunan is looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, creating engaging content, and interacting with our audience. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work from our office in Tenggarong and from home. The salary range for this position is Rp 12.000.000 – Rp 16.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.,Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, stories, and graphics, to promote our products and services.,Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.,Monitor and analyze social media metrics to assess the performance of our content and campaigns.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies and campaigns.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our content is relevant and appealing.,Assist in the creation and management of our website and blog content to complement our social media efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management or a related role.,Proven experience in creating and managing content for social media platforms.,Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices for growing an audience.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian.,Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and social media.
