Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Work closely with engineering and product teams to understand technical aspects of our products,Translate technical information into clear, concise, and accurate documentation,Ensure that our documentation is up-to-date and reflects the latest changes in our products,Review and edit technical documentation to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency,Collaborate with other team members to ensure that our documentation meets the needs of our customers and end-users,Provide technical support to customers and end-users by answering their questions and resolving their issues,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field,Basic knowledge of technical writing tools and software, such as Microsoft Word, Adobe FrameMaker, or MadCap Flare,Strong writing and communication skills,Good understanding of technical concepts and ability to explain them clearly,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines,Experience in technical writing is a plus but not required,Fluency in English is required
