Sumber Intan Restaurant is looking for a Lead Cashier Accounting to join our team. This role is crucial for managing the financial transactions of our restaurant and ensuring accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and cash management, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all cash transactions and financial records for the restaurant.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.,Prepare and submit financial reports to the management.,Oversee the work of other cashiers and ensure they follow proper procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve financial issues.,Assist in the preparation of the monthly and annual financial statements.,Monitor cash levels and ensure adequate supplies of currency and coins.,Train and mentor junior staff on accounting procedures and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Leadership and team management experience.,Proficiency in using accounting software and financial tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
