📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Prospect, contact, and qualify potential clients to identify and pursue sales opportunities.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.,Present and demonstrate properties to potential buyers, highlighting their features and benefits.,Negotiate and close sales deals to secure property purchases.,Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and generate leads.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.,Proficiency in using sales tools and software, such as CRM systems.,Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
