📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities for luxury residential and commercial interior design projects.
• Manage client relationships, from initial consultation to project completion.
• Develop and present design concepts that align with client needs and preferences.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the interior design industry.
• Contribute to the development of sales strategies and business growth initiatives.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and interior design, preferably in the luxury residential and commercial sector.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful projects.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D rendering tools.
• Knowledge of Indonesian market and culture is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required; local language skills are a plus.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and client satisfaction.
