PT Berkah Sentosa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Internal Auditor to join our team in Jimbaran. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal auditing, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with company policies and regulations.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, highlighting findings and recommendations.,Identifying and assessing risks related to financial and operational processes.,Collaborating with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits.,Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records and transactions.,Providing guidance and support to junior auditors and staff on audit procedures and best practices.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance audit processes and methodologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control frameworks.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
