📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Facilitate social programs and initiatives to address community needs and challenges.,Coordinate with community leaders, NGOs, and other stakeholders to ensure the success of programs.,Evaluate program effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.,Develop and implement training programs to empower community members.,Monitor and report on program progress and outcomes.,Build and maintain strong relationships with community members and partners.,Advocate for the needs and rights of the community within the government.,Collaborate with other government agencies to ensure coordinated and effective service delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Public Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in social program facilitation or a similar role.,Strong understanding of community development principles and practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Knowledge of relevant laws, policies, and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Commitment to the values and goals of the Bangka Belitung Provincial Government.
