📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.,Maintain a clean and organized service desk area.,Follow company policies and procedures related to cash handling and financial transactions.,Assist in inventory management and restocking of service desk supplies.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or cashier role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.
