We are seeking a Strategic Client Solutions Manager to join our team in Canggu, Bali. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection) and a proven track record in client management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.,Oversee project execution from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.,Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality MEPF solutions tailored to client needs.,Identify opportunities for revenue growth and implement strategies to achieve targets.,Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure project success and client satisfaction.,Conduct regular client meetings to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.,Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEPF project management or a similar role.,Proven track record in client management and relationship building.,Strong understanding of MEPF systems, codes, and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
