📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the tax department's operations to ensure compliance with local and national tax laws.,Review and approve tax filings, ensuring accuracy and completeness.,Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities to resolve any discrepancies or issues.,Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize tax benefits.,Train and mentor junior staff on tax procedures and regulations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all tax-related transactions.,Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations, and provide recommendations for adjustments.,Prepare and present tax reports to senior management and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Proficiency in tax software and accounting systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with English is a plus.
