📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and qualify potential clients through outbound and inbound sales activities.
• Develop and present tailored cybersecurity and IT solutions to meet client needs.
• Conduct needs analysis and provide recommendations to clients.
• Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
• Track and manage the sales pipeline, setting and achieving targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in cybersecurity and IT services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, with a focus on cybersecurity and IT services.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity and IT solutions, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and encryption technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
