As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll be responsible for managing a team of housekeepers, ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are meticulously cleaned and maintained to our luxury standards. Your day-to-day tasks will include scheduling, training, and motivating your team, as well as implementing and enforcing our housekeeping policies and procedures. You'll also work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage a team of housekeepers, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Schedule and assign cleaning tasks to ensure all rooms and public areas are cleaned efficiently.
• Train and mentor housekeeping staff on best practices and company policies.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and ensure they are restocked as needed.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to address any maintenance or repair issues.
• Implement and enforce housekeeping policies and procedures.
• Ensure all housekeeping equipment and tools are in good working condition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in housekeeping supervision, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, including cleaning techniques and inventory management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with industry-standard housekeeping software, such as Housekeeping Management System (HMS).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
