📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in planning and executing physical education lessons and activities in accordance with the school's curriculum.
• Support teachers in maintaining a safe and inclusive classroom environment, ensuring all students are engaged and participating in PE classes.
• Monitor students' progress and provide feedback to teachers to enhance the effectiveness of PE programs.
• Organize and supervise various sports events, including intramural competitions and inter-school tournaments.
• Promote a positive attitude towards physical activity and sportsmanship among students.
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to develop and implement innovative PE programs and initiatives.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of sports equipment and facilities.
• Participate in school-wide events and activities, contributing to the overall educational experience of the students.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a PE teacher assistant or in a related role.
• Strong knowledge of sports techniques, rules, and safety procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
• Familiarity with using sports management software such as TeamSnap or similar platforms.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• First Aid certification is a plus.
• Passionate about education and sports, with a commitment to fostering a love for physical activity in students.
