📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take and relay food and beverage orders accurately to the kitchen and bar staff
• Present food and beverages to customers in a timely and attractive manner
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and glassware
• Handle cash transactions and process credit card payments
• Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setting up and cleaning the dining area
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Square, Clover, or Toast
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
