📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily store operations, including staff scheduling and performance reviews.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and supplier relations.
• Drive sales targets and implement marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and handle customer complaints effectively.
• Train and develop retail staff to maintain high performance levels.
• Monitor and report on store performance metrics, such as sales, customer satisfaction, and inventory turnover.
• Collaborate with the regional management team to implement company-wide initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing retail operations and driving sales growth.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with retail management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Certification in retail management or a similar field is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
