📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct property tours and provide detailed information about the property features and amenities.,Assist potential buyers in the sales process, including scheduling viewings, answering questions, and providing documentation.,Maintain accurate records of property viewings and client interactions.,Promote properties through various marketing channels to attract potential buyers.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and maintain a positive reputation for the company.,Stay up-to-date with local real estate market trends and developments.,Assist in preparing property listings and marketing materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field.,Previous experience in real estate sales or property management is preferred but not required.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with local real estate market and properties in the area.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
