As a Data Center Facility Technical Engineer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of our data center facilities in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of data center facilities, including HVAC systems, power distribution units, and security systems.
• Monitor and maintain environmental controls to ensure optimal temperature and humidity levels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data center infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement upgrades and improvements to data center facilities.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for data center operations.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide technical support and guidance to other team members.
• Participate in on-call duties to ensure 24/7 availability and quick response to critical issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data center facility management or a similar role.
• Certification in data center design and management (e.g., Uptime Institute, ASHRAE).
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools and software, such as Raritan, Vertiv, and Liebert.
• Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure, including power distribution, cooling systems, and security measures.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
