📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the SPX Express hub in Ampelgading, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery processes.
• Manage and mentor a team of delivery associates, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and enhance operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Utilize SAP and Excel for data analysis and reporting to drive decision-making and improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
• Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
