• Source, screen, and attract top-tier candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and local job boards.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and potential.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and align recruitment with business goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.
• Manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on hospitality or real estate.
• Proven track record of successful recruitment and retention strategies.
