📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with clients to determine their skin concerns and recommend appropriate skincare products and treatments
• Demonstrate and apply aesthetic treatments such as facials, chemical peels, and laser therapies
• Maintain a clean and organized consultation room and ensure all equipment is in proper working order
• Recommend and sell skincare products from our in-house brand and other trusted beauty brands
• Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and friendly manner
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the beauty and skincare industry
• Assist in the organization and execution of beauty workshops and events
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our beauty services and products

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Beauty Consultant or in a related role
• Certification in at least one of the following: Basic Cosmetology, Advanced Cosmetology, or Aesthetician
• Strong knowledge of skincare products and aesthetic treatments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with beauty industry software such as Salesforce or similar CRM systems
• Passion for beauty, skincare, and helping others achieve their best appearance
