We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will handle all financial transactions, manage guest payments, and ensure accurate record-keeping. You will work closely with our front office and housekeeping teams to provide a seamless guest experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate the POS system to process guest payments accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash transactions, including check-ins, check-outs, and room charges.
• Manage guest deposits and refunds, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the front office and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile daily transactions.
• Assist with inventory management, including counting cash and handling petty cash.
• Uphold the hotel's policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or hospitality role.
• Familiarity with POS systems, particularly those used in the hospitality industry.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle guest inquiries professionally.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of Indonesian and English languages is a plus.
• Previous experience in a luxury or high-end hospitality setting is preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
