📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conduct daily food quality inspections and assessments
- Monitor food storage and preparation areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement food quality control measures
- Maintain accurate records of food quality and safety data
- Conduct regular training sessions for kitchen staff on food quality and safety standards
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure consistent food quality and safety
- Monitor and enforce food safety protocols and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in food quality and safety
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in food quality assurance or food safety
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards, such as HACCP, ISO 22000, or similar
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Familiarity with food quality management software, such as SQF or IFS
- Certification in food safety, such as HACCP or ISO 22000, is a plus
